Police Seek Public's Help in Watsonville Stabbing

Officers called to Watsonville Community Hospital Saturday night were told by the victim that a man approached him as he stood talking with a woman and stabbed him in the neck.

Watsonville law enforcement authorities on Sunday sought the public's help in finding a man who stabbed another man in the neck.

Officers called to Watsonville Community Hospital Saturday night were told by the victim that a man approached him as he talked with a woman and stabbed him in the neck.

The attack occurred about 11 p.m. on East Lake Avenue, near Lincoln Street, police said.

The victim's wounds were not considered life-threatening, authorities said.

There was no word on motive for the stabbing.

What is the point of the Police even taking a report about these stabbings and they are never solved due to the lack of cooperation from the victium and witnesses?
