A Watsonville man was arrested Saturday evening on suspicion of inappropriately touching two girls known to him, according to the Monterey County Sheriff's Office.
Arthur Valdez, 56, was arrested about 7 p.m. by Gilroy police for allegedly molesting the two girls, ages 9 and 11, multiple times in recent weeks, deputies said.
Valdez was booked in Monterey County Jail on suspicion of child molestation, oral copulation and child endangerment, according to the sheriff's office.
