Watsonville Police Activities League Helps Kids Stay in Shape

Kids and parents are learning to live healthy lifestyles.

Contributed by the Watsonville Police Department:

The Watsonville Police Activities League (PAL) has partnered with Frontline Personal Training to provide Watsonville PAL youth ages 11-18 an opportunity to get fit. All instructors at Frontline Personal Training have volunteered their time to give back to the youth in the Watsonville PAL program.

Watsonville PAL held a 6-week program that provided youth a structured training session which emphasized health, fitness and an opportunity to build relationships with positive mentors. The team of instructors provided a platform for youth to enjoy getting fit through this six-week program.
