Under 21 with Alcohol in Vehicle/Driving with Suspended License/Possession of Marijuana in Vehicle: Alan Hernandez, 20, Silver Leaf Drive, 7:32 p.m.

Forgery: An unknown man made a purchase with fake money on the 100 block of E Beach Street at 1:30 p.m.

Use of a Controlled Substance: Miguel Dominguez, 100 block, Landis Avenue, 5:41 p.m.

April 27:

Possession of Narcotics/Possession of Paraphernalia/Probation Violation: Juan Zamora, was arrested at his home during a probation search that turned up heroin at 6:30 p.m.

Driving with Suspended License: Thomas Hoyt, 52, Freedom Boulevard and Green Valley Road, 4:39 p.m.

Resisting Arrest: Nathan Anderson, 28, ran from police trying to arrest him on a warrant on the 1400 block of Main Street at 8:48 a.m.

April 26:

Possession of Controlled Substance: Genaro Mejia Teran was found with methaphetamine and marijuana on the 700 block of Vista Montana Drive at 11:04 p.m.

Possession of Controlled Substance while Armed/Felon in Possession of Firearm/Receiving Stolen Property/Participating in Criminal Street Gang/Resisting Arrest: Jimmy Fernando Espinoza, 32, who was on parole for gang activity, saw an officer on the 400 block of Beck Street and took off on foot, trying to get rid of his gun and methamphetamine. He was arrested after a short chase at 6:29 p.m.

Vandalism/Minor in Possession of Vandalism Tools: A male juvenile was cited for spraypainting a sign on the 500 block of Brewington Avenue at 4:24 p.m.

Residential Burglary: 700 block, Washington Street, 9 a.m.
