  • Installation – one thousand seventy feet (1,070′) of new 6″ ductile iron water main.
  • New residential services.
  • New hydrants and system isolation valves.

Why is this being done?

The current Roache Road water main is well over 50 years old and historically has had some major mainline breaks. The new water main will reinforce our water system in this area by reducing system disruptions, improving water quality, and increasing system reliability.

Who is doing the work?

The City’s Field Services Division will be fulfilling all design and construction aspects of this project. The project map shows the area where construction will take place.
