Where in the Watsonville Area Does a Home Cost $636 per Square Foot?

Here is a list of home sold in Watsonville March 21-27, 2013.

The last full week of March saw seven residential properties change hands in Watsonville.  The most expensive is a 2,534 square foot home on Merck Road on the northern outskirts of town.  The 775,000 price tag includes 4.25 acres of land.

The most expensive home based on price per square foot is a 1,052 square foot condominium at the Pajaro Dunes Resort.  The sale price of $670,000 reflects a price of $636.00 per square foot.
