2012 Bay Area Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk & Picnic/sponsored by Macy's

On October 7, 2012 during national Down Syndrome Awareness Month, the Down Syndrome Connection of the Bay Area will host our annual Step Up For Down Syndrome Walk at Little Hills Ranch in San Ramon. We expect over 1500 people in attendance this year. Children, teens and young adults with Down syndrome; their families and community members from around the Bay will walk a mile during this nationwide fundraiser. GATHER UP A TEAM AND WALK A MILE FOR DOWN SYNDROME! HELP US RAISE $150K!

$30.00 per person (till Sept 1 - -after Sept 1 price will increase and lunch and t-shirt cannot be guaranteed)-children 5 and under and people with Down syndrome are always free. Registration includes: t-shirt, BBQ lunch and many activities such as swimming, fishing, rock climbing wall, bouncy house, air brush tattooing and more.
