An 18-year-old Watsonville woman suspected of stabbing another young woman during a fight earlier in the week has turned herself in, the Sheriff's Office reported.

Daisy Gonzalez was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and making threats, according to deputy Ryan Kennedy.

Gonzalez allegedly stabbed a 19-year-old woman during a dispute around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday on Mark Avenue, which is near Mesa Verde Park off Green Valley Road, according to the Sheriff's Office.
